NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A Bronx man, on Parole for Attempted Murder, was arrested in New Rochelle early Thursday morning.
Tyshon Spencer, 18 years of age, of the Bronx, NY, currently on Parole for Attempted Murder was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree, a C Felony and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd degree, a D Felony.
On Thursday, January 27, 2022, at about 1:47 am, New Rochelle Detectives were notified that an occupied stolen car was in the vicinity of Main Street and Kings Highway. Detectives responded and observed the vehicle at the gas station located at 819 Main Street. As Detectives converged on the car, all 5 occupants of the vehicle fled on foot and a foot pursuit ensued. 4 out of the 5 suspects were apprehended. A loaded 7.65 mm Crvena Zastava handgun was found in the vehicle.
3 Male/Juveniles, all from the Bronx, NY were arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree, a C Felony and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd degree, a D Felony
Their names withheld due to New York Juvenile Arrest Laws.
